Music Program

The music at Grosvenor is supported with piano, organ, instrumentalists, vocalists, and a choir.  A worship band also contributes to the service frequently.

Grace Land

Grace Land is a place where children, Kindergarten to grade 6, can explore God’s Grace in a way that is so NOT school!  Loosely based on the curriculum “Seasons of the Spirit”, opportunity is provided in this multi-age setting to experience stories of the Bible through storytelling, music, art, drama, games, and much more.  With the older children helping the younger, we build a community of faith and learn what it means to be part of a church family.

Nursery

Located right in Grace Land, infants to toddlers are cared for by Alison Jones and Pamela Kelly. Children between ages 3 and 4 may choose to be in the nursery, or participate with the older children in Grace Land activities.

Youth

Grosvenor Park engages a youth leader to work with the youth and young adults . The youth leader position involves pastoral relations, being a “friendly presence” in the church for youth, and programme gatherings where the youth meet to discuss faith and life issues. The leader and youth make use of

technology to communicate about this programme and to stay in touch.

Special Class

The Special Class, usually held during Sunday worship time, includes adults with intellectual disabilities.  Members of the class also enjoy other Grosvenor Park Church activities, such as suppers and brunches and sometimes participate with Grace Land or Kids of Note.  Transportation for the class is provided by church members, and Ruth Robinson is the teacher.

Refreshments and Fellowship

Each Sunday following worship Fair Trade coffee and juice are served.  There is usually special food once a month.
